San Marino, November 7, 2024 – Already a partner of the San Marino Pavilion at the Dubai 2020 Universal Exposition, and previously at the Expos in Milan and Shanghai, Ceramica Faetano, the leader of the Del Conca Group, reaffirms its sponsorship of the Expo project. In the presence of Commissioner General Filippo Francini, Ceramica Faetano Spa’s President, Paolo Mularoni, signed the agreement for Expo 2025 in Osaka.
Under the agreement, the Del Conca Group will provide the flooring for the pavilion’s exhibition space and the wall covering leading to the first floor, where the VIP Lounge is located. The product to be used as wall covering, a full-body porcelain stoneware with a natural, warm, and essential appearance, is the Stratum décor from the Bioterre collection, launched by Del Conca in 2024. For the flooring, the large concrete-effect format from the Timeline collection will be used.
The Del Conca Group (comprising Ceramica Faetano, Ceramica del Conca, Pastorelli, and Del Conca USA), which is attuned to change, innovation, trends, and environmental awareness, presents itself on the world stage strengthened by technological investments that serve ceramic products, allowing it to compete with leading industry players internationally.
Commissioner Francini expressed immense satisfaction in welcoming Ceramica Faetano, a historic company from the Republic of San Marino and leader of the Del Conca Group, as a partner in the important Expo project once again. “Ceramica Faetano and Del Conca materials will accompany us on this journey as they have in the past. We will bring their creativity and the excellence they represent to Osaka.”
Ceramica Faetano President, Paolo Mularoni, stated: “Being a partner in this project allows us to showcase ourselves to the world. Expo is an important platform, a significant moment of cultural exchange, and being part of it fills us with pride. We hope to intrigue and inspire the visitors.”
